lol there is nothing wrong with your mysql install ... that tells you that you havent already installed mysql
and thats what it is doing .... if it has problems with that it is probably because of improper credentials
or a previous install
just change the credentials and try again
or
if it "is" from a previous install its very easy to remedy.
simply stop and uninstall the mysql service with the winmysqlmyadmin tool
then go to C:/windows/ and delete the my.ini (mysql configurations file)
"if it is there"
then start the mysql service again adding new login details (probably root test) and its done
if youre still having problems after all of that then try taking the database directory out of the mysql/data folder and placing it into a new mysql installation you can set up easier (make sure its the right version of mysql) probably 4.4
