is there anyway with "Wpe" to get gold?? like

say i have a "Small Brown Pouch" at the vendor and i buy it
90 11 <--string..."Small Brown Pouch"
and i want to turn it into gold...like i buy the pouch for 5s and it turns to gold in my invi, i have 6k gold and i make it turn into like 7k or 10k gold in my invi so now i have a total 16k... can anyone help me.

can anyone help me make this one hit kill thing work, i mean i've tried many different spells and no one hit spell...ive used it on players n such and it doesn work... can anyone suggest me a one hit kill spell ? along with what class,race.. ? thanks!

There is a box, that sells for free that gives random green item that you can sell back, so you buy like 15 of these boxes, open them, sell the item inside and repeat until you got enough.
