Here's what you do:
1.) Go to Reputation Tab and set to "At War" with Cenarian Circle.
2.) Go to Flight Tower and attack the Cenarian Emissary.
3.) Take him out to the Corridar to Durotar.
4.) Enjoy has he get's stuck in reset mode and you can still attack and lvl up weapon skills.
Enjoy.
Did this for 2 hours and didn' t have anyone say anything.
Funny Moment:
Took him to the Auction House and had my pet attack him then stop, so he continually hit my pet with no damage coming back to him. I hid my pet in the partition that seperates the auctionhouse, so he was standing there attacking "nothing" and people were shouting "WTF" etc, as it looked like he was attacking them.

On my binary 5065 server i was changing percent rates of magictype and logged on things worked fine but i noticed that if you buy a skill such as rage u can learn it before u have ur weapon skill to the requirement. Then when you go to attack with the weapon it uses the skill every single time and people cant level tehre weapon prof. What could be the problem. If you know more information please reply back.

Scourge Event, Argent Dawn is everywhere.
The Argent Dawn NPCs are level 10. As Level 70 youll get them down very quick. But wait - they wont die! And since theyre doing Level 10 damage you can easily bringt up your weapon skills.
Alliance:
Look for Lieutenant Orrin. Open your reputation tab, look for Argent Dawn and check "At war".

Low Lvl EZ Weapon Skill Ups

There is a nice mob in eversong woods (just south of silvermoon city) for when you need to lvl up a new weapon, like when you're lvl 20. Useful for BE paladins especially for when you get your new polearm. Basically, it's a lvl 6 Plaguebone Pillager that has an instant respawn. You just stand in one spot and repeatedly right click until your weapon is at the skill lvl you want. He wanders so you might have to kill a few to figure out which one it is, but his respawn point is 50,57 in the middle...

I, not me, have tried it numerous times with buying skills from my rogue trainer, and from the mount trainer. If you are in the capitol ( sw ,IF,org, us, etc) or in an inn ( anywher gettign rested exp) Buy your skill ( only 1. otherwise you wotn have enough time) and VERY QUICKLY log out of the game. If you are in the wilderness( perhaps buying your mount skill) press log out . Open the trainer window, select your skill, and be sure to click train as sson as you have like 3 seconds less ( i...

Raise Ranged weapon skill

1) Go to Ravenhill cemetary in duskwood
2) Find the hole in the ground (it should be guarded by ghouls named dawning wood catacombs)
3) Go all the until you find a tunnel taking you to a mausoleum filled with skellies
4) Kill 2 pathers inside and run all the way to the side so the skellys cant get you.
5) You can hit them and increase your ranged weapon skills easily. They will agro for you but never ben able to get you.
