Yes EZ Fish is working fine in Shadowlands, the only side note is that some of the new areas have slightly more 'erratic' waters to fish in, which can cause premature bite detection, so I recommend going into Other -> Debug Tools -> Bite Sensitivity and untick Auto, then increase the slider to maybe 90-100%. This basically means the bot wont click a bite unless it is very sure.

I have been searching around for awhile trying to find a decent fishing bot and came across this one after MANY others who just seemed like a POS thrown together.

edit: well I got things to work... at a certain point lol Now it either click the bait or run into the water

Edit #1242 : Need to remove click to move in the wow settings, it can cause problems when not clicking the bait proprely = dying lol.

I supose since its a pixel bot. theres no way to do stuff on the pc while wow is in the background ?

@Butternuttz Make sure Windows Defender / Antivirus are not blocking the download, I am looking into ways of handling this annoying issue. I have also replied on discord now.

@chrispb56 Glad you got it working, I believe most of the info you needed was available here or on the website, although I should probably add Disable Click to Move to the Game Settings section of the website Guide. As for dong things in the background, to some extent you can, as long as the window remains visible and you anticipate the game being focused to click bites every periodically.

@Froztest Seems there was a delay with Paypal's payment notification, I have just checked the server and you should have received your PIN now.

Hello there, i have in mind some improvement of statistic window. Can you please change calculation from "running client on Background" to statistic when Fish bot "was really running"??
I have bot running on the backround longer than I have used it, just for blizzard detection (like normal process is start it up only when fishning and after that you close the app) - and i have it running on backroud much longer until I close it> to try not detect that this was app only running during fishing phase.

Hi tommy, the reason you are seeing additional time in the statistics window is due to a bug that occasionally occurs, tbh it's something I have never got around to fixing since I almost never hear anybody mention the stats window.

SO i have put some good time in running this.
Things I have noticed.
Sometimes it can be very picky on gettin g the bite detection dialed in so it wont miss the bite or click way too early. I have been tryin to set up places that are not highly traveled.

Application of water walking. SUPER bot like that RIGHT at the time to reapply it, WW is cast then you instantly jump... Maybe make it random time to apply based on time from of the buff. Remove the jump and make the user jump to put it ontop the water. I know you want automation to a point but the jump makes ya stand out.

Bobber detection. Keep using the same window, but maybe add the ability to select a color, say on the bobber to help with bite detection and bobber looting. Also make it maybe lick it at random times when a bite it detected that way it will look more human like when they might dig into tracking.

Other than that. It has been working fairly decent

Water Walking: Adding a random re-apply time to water walking is probably a good idea, tbh nobody has ever asked for it. I will add it to my TODO list and look into it more when I can. As for letting the user manually jump up.. Just disable the feature completely and do it manually

Bobber Detection: Adding a 'color selector' feature is a very common but novice approach to a pixel based fishing bot in a 3d game world like Wow, the dynamic daylight / weather alone will periodically cause this method to stop working and require constant resetting. I have spent a lot of hours working on the algorithms used in EZ Fish to work consistently no matter the lighting/weather.

Under the #Guide/Missing Bites section of the website are instructions to resolve most bite detection issues, though on some rare occasions it will not, in these situations you generally just need to move and/or face a different direction to stabilize.

I have spent a lot of hours working on the algorithms used in EZ Fish to work consistently no matter the lighting/weather.

* What i can 100% approve in this is that when you fish in standing water the bobber detection is almost 100%.
*If you fish in water like in Ardenweald (under waterfall, or the water moves in another way, or fish swim there) then the bobber detection is somewhere around 50%...

@ If you have any good improvements how to pass this, I will be more than happy (PM->Me welcomes)


Anyway I know how hard must be still detect bobber in this way and in my eyes this is my best fish bot what I ever used (ok better was Piroxbot>But it was during old times when Blizz not detect much read/wite memory->And using memory injecting. Anyway I used many "Fish bots" and they have been hard to set up and even was setup it well, it had very very bad result to catch any fish, so my money wasted for nothing!)
