In addition to what xxfabbelxx said: You might also log packets from warrock.exe sent over some unique port and decrypt them, then you'll just need to search for the nicknames, which are being sent from time to time.
Easiest way are hacks - fabbel's method is not that good, cuz you'll see the IP from all players connected. You can't filter that one out.
Simply use a sniffer, catch playerlist packet (29952, contains player information like nickname, userid, sessionid, remote/local ip/port, exp, k/d, ...).
Why would you bother looking up someone's IP if not to do some naughty things that are most likely illegal? Another reason would be of course to turn a specific player in, however you were really dumb just thinking about that. So what's left is that whatever you need it for, we should probably not give a single flying duck.

This is kind of petty and comes with limited uses. Only time I have used it was in world pvp to see if I should wait for am person I am camping to respawn.
