Need help with the masterarias hack

Ok.Im gona go ahead and not bull s**t you guys.Iv barly ever hacked before...Im such a newb its not even funny xD.But i have this all up and running but i fallow all the steps and i dont know how to activate the hack in game.I fallow the steps.I run the program,i log in,i load my char and i alt tab and use the trainer but when i click on stuff nothing happens,im really confused and need to know what to do beyond that point.Heh so it would be really nice for someone help ^^
