1pc non dma new to val was wondering what my best bet would be for something legit and safe

Don't even cheat if you have that low budget, but if you wont to play for some weeks with that budget while being UD i would say get a triggerbot. Avoid memory cheats if they're cheap, (colorbots aswell). The thing is that vanguard doesnt care about triggerbots so you can last some months.
