There is actually one that allows it, but you will need to redo the process after every single game. I don't know if its still there but I do not recommend it as it uses a risky bypass method. Could get patched any second.
I am pretty sure that this is not practical to everyone, so just format and get a permanent spoofer to be on the safer side.

well, it TECHNICALLY is, but they added new identifiers and tracers about a year ago i think, so pretty much every spoofer cant keep up.

That is totally right. Some providers like to say that they have a "private cleaner" but I truly doubt. Tracers are getting changed so frequently that providers are not able to keep up.
As everyone else said, just reformat, and basically dont "cry" about it. It's part of the process unfortunately.

It is not possible, who ever say it is possible will most likely scamm you or get you banned within minutes, as without formating the HWID can not be re-written / saved.
None spoofer is possible without format temp or permanent
you will get delay ban always

Have a way to play without spoof, attacking vanguard but its not a really idea for closest since your logs will looks SUS case you get a manual review
Also i doubt you find anyone that do it and it definitely wouldn't be sold as public
3 years ago when I started woofer, my main focus at the time was simply having woofer to work automatically and windows reinstall to never be an option. I did the research, spent over 400 hours tackling it and had woofer without windows reinstall for an entire year before Valo patched it out. Of course this option takes a lot of time and requires serious skill to achieve with the current valo updates.
It surprises me that spoofer providers in the market aren't even looking to put the effort anymore and outright saying its not possible when its 100% easily achievable but can be patched with vanguard updates eventually (traces wise).
We will tackle this task on your behalf in the upcoming updates and show you how you will end up copying what we do yet again for a no windows reinstall option
