As other repliers have already said, the best option is to contact Riot and if they say no you get to either
- Wait 4 months before making an account. Ask support when you'll be unbanned and make your new account the day AFTER or 2 days after you're unbanned just to make sure you don't get banned again and reset the ban timer. It helps to know the timezone for the exact time you are unbanned and you may need to ask for this from support.
or
- Buy a spoofer
Your PC does need to be compatible for spoofing to work.
If your motherboard is: Gigabyte, ASRock, or MSI (most models, not all)
It shouldn't be that difficult
If your motherboard is: Asus, HP, Dell, Biostar, X, Acer, or literally anything else to be honest
It'll be really hard or maybe impossible.
(If it's Asus you have a chance at perm spoofing, anything else and you'll have to look at a temp spoofer like this one:

)
Quick lesson on Temp vs. Perm spoofing: Temporary means you must run the spoofer on your PC before opening Valorant, always, or else you get banned until the ban timer is up. Permanent means you need to do it once and you don't have to worry about it again. Temp has more support for weird motherboards, but Perm is more user-friendly.
You need a USB drive/Flash drive/Pen drive. You need to be able to flash your bios to another version (Basically updating your motherboard's software, not gonna bother explaining why it helps but just know that it's necessary in most cases)
If you have one of the easy to spoof motherboards or ASus, Edgey is probably the best option.
If you have an easy to spoof motherboard
AND two SSD drives that are equal in storage size and speed (or really close to it) you can use Sync.top.
If you have anything that is hard to spoof (except ASus), then go with the temp spoofer linked above (you will have to run it every time your PC starts).
