Probably wants to test a bypass or get the account banned from someone lol.

Would just give them VAN 152, unless they flash bios and reformat THEN play on the account to make it look like they were spoofing.

If its a stolen account he wants banned, the original owner would more than likely be able to get it unbanned by contacting support.
