I only buy gamekeys for Steam when they are on sale. If I find it region free at any of the popular gamekeys stores (Gamersgate, Greenmangaming, Gamefly etc) on discount, I will buy it and add it on sGs.

I am not adding games from the summer sale because I am buying only gamekeys right now.
If I find them on discount I will make sure to buy and add them on the site.
