Best recording software?

I need tips on what program to use for a good quality recording on the pc and in games.

I have tried Fraps and it didn't work good, it made the game laggy and the movie sizes was to big.

Is there other softwares i can use, i must be able to upload it on YouTube!

Converters is good if you know one to!

Camtasia Studio is awesome for HQ recording and editing. Probably among the best in Game recording.

It's expensive, something between 100 and 200€ I think. There's not too much freeware for that, you could try CamStudio which is open source.

Camtasia Studio is worth that money I think.
