Usually changing out your whole PC is unneccassary, but it depends on the anticheat. Depending what game/AC you are trying to avoid a HWID ban for, it can be as simply as changing out your hard drives, or needing to change your MB, CPU, GPU, etc. I would recommend going into the specific section for the game you are playing and see if a thread has been made there already:
