PayPal Problem

Hallo,
ich habe ein PayPal Problem. Und zwar habe ich 130 Euro PayPal Guthaben auf mein PayPal Konto. Aber das kann ich nicht ausgeben. Immer wenn ich das denn ausgeben will kommt diese Fehlermeldung:

So hier das Bild um zu zeigen das ich 130 Euro auf PayPal habe:



Bei manchen Seiten kann ich mit meinen Guthaben kaufen bei manchen nicht.
Warum?

Heute ist der 1erste warte einfach mal ein bisschen also ein paar stunden bzw morgen paypal prüft das geld soweit ich weiß immer einige stunden

Rechnung von ... ich vermute Paypal möchte das du zuerst deine offene Rechnung begleichst, ist ja auch nachvollziehbar - ansonsten frag deren Support.

Das ist schon geklärt mit der Rechnung. Ging ja schon vor der Rechnung nicht.
