Dual Core ?

Hi Leute,

ich hab nen Dual Core 3,2 Ghz ... komischerweise wird mir in WinXP Task Manager nur aber nur ein Teil angezeigt und net 2 wie üblich...

kann es sein dass nur ein Kern aktiv ist ? Im BIOS sind beide aktiv aber wieso kann ich net sehen welcher wieviel und so ?

Beschreibe dich bitte genauer, denn wenn ich hier lese ein Teil dann weis ich nicht was gemeint ist.
Genauere Infos zum CPU,Mainboard,OS?

Mach folgendes um zu gucken ob alle Kerne aktiviert sind.

Ausführen -> msconfig eingeben -> "Start" -> " Erweiterte Optionen" -> Falls dort eine Angegebene Zahl an Kernen ist, mach diesen Haken darüber raus, falls das schon der Fall ist, sollten alle Kerne aktiviert sein.

Erweiterte Optionen ^^" ? Das klappt vllt bei Vista und so aber so etwas mit Kernen wir bei MSCONFIG in XP nicht angezeigt ^^

installiere dir halt einfach mal kurz pc wizard und schau dort unter systeminfos nach

I know that the general rule is that higher clocked dual cores will outperform lower clocked quad cores in gaming. However this is only makes the assumption that you are gaming with a single game running. What I intend to do is run multiple games at once such as Mabinogi (2-3 clients) and Aion. I am still wondering whether this rule will still apply. ...
