[REQUEST]Permanent Chinese Buffs

Hi all,
I really need to learn how to add permanent Chinese buffs (they don't go away when you die/teleport and last e.g a month).
There are some threads around about the topic, but every one of them complains about performance issues in the replies.
Is there any way to do with while avoiding performance issues ?
