How to setup Localhost Testserver

Hello, how do i setup vsro for local host? Are there any Tutorials for that?
Just for testing purpose, i want to learn how to make own stuff.
I've searched a little bit but most download links in this forum don't work anymore because they are too old.

just install Hamachi and use ip for make local server

use LogMeIn Hamachi , set up the IP from Hamachi on your server and it'll be working more than fine, but make sure Hamachi is always on so that the server stays on.
