If you added the files from that link only, you are missing a lot of tables:
Tactics table
Nest table
Hive table
Ai Skills (if any)
Extra Skills (if any)
Maybe you can go into RefTactics table and put one of your RefObjCommon IDs for new arabia uniques into another unique's [dwObjID] (e.g Yarkan = [dwTacticsID] 154).
Restart your GS, spawn the unique and check.
You need to generate that lines for all of your new mobs (copy from Baal for example).

check the skilleffect lines and certify well that the client side is synchronized with the db, take the trouble to see the services, param because with the simple fact of the trace something is missing

You can use the query attached to browse for Baal or any other mob. Just copy/paste tactics + hive lines and add something to nest table if needed.
Btw. if you do not have correct skilleffect, it should still show you all status effects on your char, because you do not need media lines for them (also red notice with GM char).
The skill seems to exist, otherwise you will crash

I really don't know what you're looking for hive and nest tactics have nothing to do with it! send me a message on discord to help you with that because that's really not where it's going!
If you do not add proper tactics, it will work like any random normal mob and does not work like an unique
This will cause issues, if you are trying to use "larger skills" to damage a crowd of chars.
