[Solved] Request Procedure

Hello,
i'm working with dya glow scroll and everything is okay but when using a scroll there is nothing happen ( change ) because the procedure there is something wrong with...

i tried many times to make it run but always fail ...
maybe thats because i have no much exp in coding but still ( trying )

so i appreciate if someone help me with this procedure to make item change to the same glow i use with the same state + blue + plus of old item ...
