It's not so easy as you say. I for one, that hasn't played that game for nearly 3 years, had to watch it 3 times to find the glitch. Main problem is that vid shows 2 bugs - exchanging and this one.

Agreed, i also came back to ISRO because of only this just to FF my char.. we cannot understand Li's Guide by just reading those text(no offense to Li) at least he took the effort and his english is way far better than my friends in game ) tho the video is perfect got it through downloading the video in high definition and watching it 10 times lol ..KingLi also forgot to put in the guide what he wrote in the Step 2 textbox where the path of the file selected goes to which is "\server_dep\silkroad\textdata" which is applicable to all SRO versions and whatever server..that is why a lot are asking and confused what should be written there because you can only see it in the video not in the guide..anyway KingLi FTW

Doesnt work with masterys.
Mastery doesnt load from skilldata.txt, they getting loaded from leveldata.txt


@InvincibleNoOB, if you understand the guide somehow, could you rewrite it?

Not on official sro.

wouldnt this work vice versa? if you have a useless mastery you need to downlevel, which is low level , say lv40 you could just login to a bugged client and use 1 skill edit to downlevel a whole book
