SO i see you can run kbot on bloody sro, how do you do it

i make it all right and still kant make it run:

open nhconector
open bot and set bot 01 the click select
open loader port 1 10001
port 2 20001
launch
phconector says conexion to silkroad entablished and conection to login server entablished

wait like 10 min and nothing happens

please can you help me?
