Reverse NPC Lv -> WriteByte(0x004F36F4, 0x3C);
Alchemy Fuse Time ->0x0052ADB0

Looks like you are using a different gameserver, maybe is not the original released for vSRO 1.188.
I had similar issues in the past when I was starting this project, I was using some random SR_GameServer.exe file.
