Link update, added UniqueLog folder. Checked again. c++ redistributable install. ı am use v142 compiler toolset.

You can link the binary statically. Then no redistributable needs to be installed.

I don't know what the problem is here

Can give to fix (IIS & server.cfg -> BILLING_SERVER_URL "http://127.0.0.1:8080/") to shardmanager (crash)

Check setup IIS or use MiniBillingServer

nah its working with normal shardmanager dude ! but when i try to use this shardmanager i got crash
