[Release ]Offsets to change Max users using One AgentServer

Hello , here is a small release

what is it ?

simple it's 2 offsets to break the limit of 1k online users on one Agent server

004744BC | 3D E8 03 00 00 | cmp eax,3E8 | Max users limit #Wegs patch #1
004744C7 | B9 E8 03 00 00 | mov ecx,3E8 | Max users limit #Wegs patch #2

3E8 is a hex value = 1000 , change it to what ever you need ex: 7D0 = 2000
