but if it is really client side, you could make your client 'believe' that the global for example is an astral/pet/avatar/... when you use the bug?

Nobody gives a **** about that except you.. This thread is about exploiting, not you being a jack-*** and trying to act cool by spamming the server and thinking it was you that made the server go down, because it wasn't.
