- Be sure that you've configured the windows features properly :
Head to : Control panel --> Programs and features --> Turn windows features on or off , and follow the image :
- If you still have problems , then try uninstalling ur SQL application , and reinstall it again (it's recommended to install the SQL databases folder on a drive with 20Gb++ of empty space)

- Delete SRO_VT_ACCOUNT DB , and make a new database with initial size "3mb"
- Also when you restore .bak database , make sure that you go the "options" tab at the left column , and then choose the option to overwrite data
Report back if problems still persistent
