One more question...
So basically everything works fine so far, but still i'm struggling on disabling some skills
(I got a 80 cap server but I can still see skills which are above lvl 80)
What should I modify to totally prevent from from being seen ingame? Is it skilldata_%enc.txt?
And do I have to change those skills service to 0 in database too?
Coz I've tried all of the above and still no result.

Try editing Media\icon\skill, Media\icon\skillgroup and Media\icon\skillmastery.

In the MSSQL Server Management Studio, go to SRO_VT_ACCOUNT and open the TB_User table.
JID: Keep it clean, it will generate automatically.
StrUserID: The ID you want. (e.g. : testaccount)
Password: You need a MD5 hash code. Go to: MD5 - Online generator md5 hash and hash your password. For example: the password "test1" will give you this md5 hash code "5a105e8b9d40e1329780d62ea2265d8a" . Copy that code and write into your password box.
GMrank: Set it to 1
Sec_primary: Set it to 1
Sec_content: Set it to 1

Go to the skilldata_%enc.txt
How to find a skill code? Search for the skill name at textdata_equip&skill.txt and copy the code.

By the way does anyone knows why my client stopped in the middle (like it is frozen) when I try to add some more lines to skilldata_%enc.txt? Ive actually succeeded adding all the 120 skills from the fire/ice/light masteries I got that issues when I try to add the last 2 books of debuffs from force mastery and bow_normal from pacheon.

You can't Start the Client from Silkroad.exe on the Host, use this:
