[GUIDE] Setup a server without errors [1x GameServer]

Hello everyone. Before I state my problem I would like to thank those amazing people contributing to help people through their troubles and would really wish you bear with my ignorance.

I've been sitting here for around 6 hours straight stuck at the SMC step. The error is about it not being able to connect to the server: "connot connect to division manager (server internal error)." Everything before this step just went nice and smooth on the first try, until I reached this dead end step. I wont claim that I'm 100% sure I didn't go anywhere wrong with the IP's, but I'm sure I have kept going back to anything IP related and looked around a lot to come up with no mistakes, or so I thought.

Maybe this has something to do with Hamachi? I've kept switching between Hamachi and local IP to succeed but to no avail, so maybe I have forgotten some IP somewhere. Also, there's a possibility that I have one or two misplaced files.

Sorry for the long whining post, but if anyone could help me via teamviewer that would be greatly appreciated, since I've been dreaming about setting up that server for about 3 years now.

check the smc configuration file (in the smc folder) and check if the ports and IPs are correct

ServiceManager.cfg . you must have there ip,15880 . Set the IP as Hamachi IP .

The ServiceManager.cfg is all set to match Hamachi's IP, as well as the ini files in bin and the server.cfg. As far as port settings go though, I have 0 knowledge about them, I didn't modify them once; they are exactly as how I've got them.

If needed, I could attach the files in a reply and see where did I possibly go wrong. Thanks.

There is no such thing as "IIS Management Console". That's the only thing that keeps me away from creating my own server, help!

guyz every thing is runing well now and server is ON!! but i cant open the client Dont Send Error
with Launcher or Loader!!

1) Turn off English Patch ( Isro )
2) Activate gateway and Agent with same ip !
3) Gateway Server ip and Port 15779 / Agent Server ip and Port 15880

And go Start Right click on Computer > Properties > Advanced system settings > Advanced > Settings > Data Execution Prevention > Turn on DEP for all programs ! and add SRO CLIENT !

nothing happened just the message not appear now but game still flashing and nothing happen

anyone know what i do wrong ? my server is on check status -.- all my firewall are off (router+windows) and i hit "Start all Service" on SMC.




PS : Finally my server is on thx to Justin ! :> Good person on elitepvpers
