[Guide] Setting up a server based on VSRO server files

is there an easyer way to make a server if i want only to play offline? only my account?

@Dr.Abdelfattah,
if i start SR_ShardManager.exe i get this error:

after this error the SR_ShardManager.exe closed immediately.
whats wrong

I use patch1.

I get this Error when i try to restor the DB:

Your Databases, right click and click new database... 3x
SRO_VT_ACCOUNT
SRO_VT_SHARDLOG
SRO_VT_SHARD_INIT

can you after restore database.
