yes true i have fixed this issue when you do rebirth your char level and your char skills and your char state and your char Mastery all rested to level 1 again but you get Extra 5 state point everytime . this is the fix we did in rebirth system to keep it balanced and fair system
but to keep Mastery max level and char is lvl 1 lol is bad and critical bug and unbalanced system.

you can get 14D Moon and Sun drop from Arabia mobs and Uniques ofc there is no selling items in Exodes

you can get silk from Auto event , unique kills , Donate
