Please keep in mind it will be the same as stated in the section rules, your server will be online aka (available for whoever interested to join in public) that we at least know that your server is online after 3 days from the date you submitted your thread and basically people can reach it.
Just to make it clear, the advertisement is in public. to avoid any misunderstanding.
