Cap and features are good actually, just they need some modifications. There are tons of systems in Zyain that I stated on previous posts.
Problem is servers fail to introduce them and give them enough importance in order character gear and grow up. For example, Battle Arena was designed to be only source of higher level accesories. But, it fails when they put them into magic pop and geenie quest. My opinion, at this point, every kind of gear (armors,weapons and shields, accesories) must be different way of acquiring. For instance:
Accesories -> from Battle Arena
Weapons and Shields -> from Forgetten World
Armors -> from triggered instances such as Jupiter Temple and baghdad dungeons
Proof stones (mall items) --> from different activities such as unique killing, events, battlefield of infinity, capture the flag
Job items (also job alchemy materials)-> target trading with renewed job system including traders.
List goes on and on..
We're doing our best to present you a server that uses every detail of silkroad online. This is the only way to build up enjoying and smooth gameplay. Otherwise, focusing only on one aspect of game, then your players get bored in short time.
