Explanation - 90+ only chn servers are ruled by str force cahracters, who can just tank int's snow and then finish them easily. JG cave sucks cat's hair, it's just huge, yet empty space. Killing Medusa is somewhat harder with chn only chars as well.

Cap90 STRs have snow lv1, cap 100 they don't.
If you're bad with INTs, it's your problem

Magical @ you should do something about str they can up snow to more than lv 2 ?? if yes than its not blanced ^^its should be lv 1 !
