Looking for a server where a non-botter, 1 character player wouldnt be at a huge disadvantage. Cap could be anything but 110. Would also prefer the server to have active jobbing and pvp.

Cap :- 120
Race :- Chinese/Euro
Features :- Fortress War, Forgotten World, PVP, Guild Wars, Academy
Alchemy :- Around +12, decent rates
Drops :- Includes sos/som/sun items, decent drop rate
Silk :- means to buy and means to get silk without buying, if possible
Population:- more than 100, with stalls for items, more or less active GMs
Exp/SP :- Increased xp rate to level up.

No Looking for:
- Too laggy
