Searching for a server!

Server should have:
- 90 cap
- CH only
- good rates. (not like 5x, 20+)
- grown admins/gm´s, no kids at all
- protected at all things
- Ip limit 2
- only alchemy stones drop
- in fact a server like isro on cap 90
- job rates high as hell ( i want jobwars back like isro cap 90 )
- bot hunters
- map should have jangang - rock mt only
- fortress war more times in a week ( not only once, no fun at all )
- alchemy limit +9 ( no op people at all )
- alchemy rates good enough to get +9 without donating
- maybe steady/immo dropable
- sox dropable on mobs

Server should NOT have:
- kids as admins/gms
- useless features ( coins, rebirth, sox in npc,...etc)
- alchemy tablet drop
- cons / samarkand ( jangang - rock mt only )
- no changes at skills
- should not be pay2win ( egy, sox for money )



So far it´s all I know. I got like 315135 things in my head spinning round but im to lazy to write it down. I think it´s enough above.
