i am searching for a server cap 100/110 pvp with an experience team and if 110 i want egy in NPC and donation only with coins or honor or title ONLY

Searching For a silkroad server:

125~130 cap with new skills.
Experienced team members. (English speakers)
Good DDoS protection.
Ip limit 1~3.
Points system for item mall items or silk/hour.
Not overpowered items for donaters.
Bot allowed.
D14/D15 Easy to Get<NO PAY TO WIN>
Nice alchemy rates

Good community.
Old job system with new rewards.
Last degree items as drops, or FGW, not items for coins etc.

Don't want:

Useless features(coins, suns in npc etc).
Rebirth system.
Or other systems that look stupid.

*That has good community
*Is new
*atleast 200 players
*Not super rates like 5000x
*Is fun to play

*doesn't has week long downtimes.

Searching for a D10 pvp server which got the following features :
-free silks
-where doners are not over-powered
-200+ players
-sox drops from mobs/uniques , also at npc with arena coins
-where the skills are balanced , not nerfing the skills dmg , but remove the buffs that can ruin pvp such as bard dances , healing orbit , warrior skins and pain quota
-a lot of ways to earn the server currency to get items/stones
-alchemy capped at +15+16 with a rate of 1.5 or more
-bot forbidden , or the pills bug fixed
Basically a balanced pvp server with more ways than donating to be strong
