I think 90% of people who are searching for a private server want this :

-80 Cap ( No stupid Eu Chars because they ruined the game )
-Job Based
-No stupid Coin System (" Uniques dropping coins " i mean how stupid is that ? Str Chars have no chance )
-low rates (10x-15x)
-NO Bots ( everyone should reach the max. LvL without plvl)(Oldschool "Handjobs" höhö )
-No Honor Buffs ( Str Chars have no chance )
-Alchemy Rate a bit more than Isro so that its hard to make +7~+9
-Silk per hour
-Spec. Items that you can only buy with Arena Coins ( Not Weapons )
-Weekly PvP Events with Title as Reward
-Weekly Roc Vs. Server
-Only 3 Guilds in 1 Union ( More Fun at FW )
-3 Day Job/Guild/Union penalty
-LAST AND MOST IMPORTANT : Active, Smart, International Community (No ****** Kids)
