It's funny how many people I see calling for this on every single thread like this. 70-80 cap.
I liked 80 cap pre-euro because Int Chinese stood a chance with snow shield, bladers' damage was boosted with lightning chain, glaivers hit really hard with soul spear emperor that cap, and if I'm not mistaken that's when bowers got stun/knock-back. But I don't remember a single PServer with any of these skills readily functioning with the added effects.
