Local Server for test

Hi guys...i would like to make a local server to "play single player" and do tests with the game. I dont have time to make my own server. Have a lot of good private servers on the internet and i play in 3 of them. I just wonder make tests with chars on local server. Is there any topic here that can help me? Thanks in advance if someone help me.

Take a look here. If these files don't work I suggest using Jutin's ones that I posted there (towards the end).

They work for me flawlessly and at the end of the day choose what's best for you, that's my opinion.
