how change name file weapons
when change name file from tstaff_15.bsr to tstaff_95.bsr or any name not work i have file weapon with same name i need change it to any new name
i edit all file from folder

Change the bsr using hex
1- Change tstaff_15.bsr to tstaff_95.bsr
2- open tstaff_95.bsr with hex files and edit the bms,bmt names and all linked files to this bsr file
3- Save & Import
