[TuT] How To Change Pk2 Extension To Any Extension And Change File Name

In This tutorial i'll show you how to change .pk2 extension and change the file name for anything you want .

We can do it in two ways ..

First using Ollydbg

Second using Hex Workshop

....

In my tutorial i'll use Hex Workshop

How to modify an exe through in xvi

1. Get your exe prepared somewhere ..
2. Download the xvi32 from the link I gave you or use your own
3. Drop the exe inside the program / File -> Open and select your modified exe
4. Press ctrl-F to search for such list
For example.
5. You'll find it sorted together

Now modify em as you want but you've to make sure the number of characters has to be same as the original like I wrote ^.

However, it's pathetic movement. any beginner would know that shit. but it ain't required to use ollydbg as you've noticed in your thread.
