Bms model encryption?

I have seen some avatar from chaina client. But it has been encryption. Can't use in normal client.
This is GuanYu Model which from Dynasty Warriors series. How to encrypt file like this and decrypt it and use in Normal client!

I don't really think its encrypted, probably just diff structure
