Problem with skill edit

so as u see the drug pause the skill,
and the skill pause the drug

i want to remove that, i tried to edit some columns, but the same thing happens

any hints ?!please.

Maybe it will work if you get rid of the action overlap, but I did not test it. It is a general feature and should not be disabled.

i tried it, and i modified it to 0 but the same happens...
