how to remove npc choice

hello guys i hope you having a good day, so here is the thing
iam removing eu things from the server, so i want i just removed the items in npc tabs and i removed the tabs but the choice still pop up, so how can i remove it ?

Load the textuisystem.txt, search for "Exchanging Battle arena reward for European character", you will get the string. Search the string in every text file which are located inside the media\server_dep\silkroad\textdata, you will get few results, disable those by switching their service from "1" to "0".
Do the same for the database.

okay i will try that now, and i will be back with the results
