Putting together a team

Hi everyone,

I'm searching for people to join my team to create a legendary SRO server that everyone loves.

My aim/idea/objective: Create a long-term server that is non-profit. The investor & developer will gain most of the donations for their work, time and effort. The rest of the money that is spare will go to paying team for their time and efforts (100-150$/month) and then the whatever is spare after this will go to pay for dedicated server & security for the upkeep of the server, to keep it online.

Everything will be play2win and the server will be non-profit. Simply fun and adventure. I'm English and I do not care for your money, I care for your happiness and enjoyment.

I would not be the developer, I will be the project manager. I'll delegate tasks and recruit others for the team who are well-known and experienced in the SRO scene. I will create the Facebook page and handle everything social media related. I will also handle advertisement, banners, logos, signatures, and anything else regarding promotion.

Do you not think it is do-able? Think about it, the donations will pay for the dedicated server and security alone.

All money earned will be put back into the server to keep it online and stable.

Unless you're motivated by something important (like MONEY) your 'enthusiasm' about this non-profit project will go down until you get bored and leave it all together.
Creating and managing a server isn't an easy task and at some point even money can't motivate people to keep their server going...

"Donated money being put into the server", adding some new avatars, custom skins, grab pets, some 1337 custom avatar/weapon/misc will do the trick for the "all money -> server" controversy?

You don't have the capacity saying "your money, our development", since you nor your team ain't developers neither developing on any public silkroad files. They just do manage it, nothing less or more.
This is no equal to the meaning of programming a game from scratch, hiring people to develop on different parts (graphics, story, gameplay, animation, effects, optimization, framework, netcoding, multiple server upkeep, ...) and then saying, you will invest the money into that?

This has no future and people won't work for free, even if you provide the expenses for the server or not. People rather do their daily jobs, if they want to provide some food and gonna pay the bills. A non-profit stuff won't do the trick, especially for you.

Simply no.
