I made that some time ago:
You need to change the animations, too. It's a lot of trial and error, but its possible. You need a little knowledge in Assembly and a little experience on using the debugger of your choice.
The Animations are based on Keyframes. Use CheatEngine to find the Camera-Position, read out one keyframe during the login and use CheatEngine to locate its position in the game. From there on, you can find all other keyframes (check memory around that keyframe using ReClass or CheatEngine).
There are 3 animations to change
- Login to Character-Lineup
- Lineup to Box
- Box to CharacterCreate (after selecting the Idol)
Next thing is the character lineup. For vsro, its right below the animation of "Lineup to Box". Just look around a little. The Character-Select Animation is calculated on demand and has a fixed Y-axis offset. Find the AddKeyframe-Method (Memory breakpoint on Keyframe) and set a breakpoint to find the animation-calculation.
Last thing you wanna change is the Character-Create-Box. The Location is near the position you already changed the RegionX/RegionY. If you cannot find it, perform a Stringsearch for "box.bsr" or "interface_lizard.bsr". Box, Idols and Lizard have their own individual coordinates, but not all of them are unique (same Y-Position for all, afair).
As i said, its a lot of trail and error. You might wanna use the /camera-command to make the animations.
Edit: Too slow xD
