Where can i change the walkspeed from a charakter (GM)?

i just want to edit the standart walk speed of 1 charakter.

if i change the skill i think it will be for all charakters?

actually you can't change a speed of specified character unless you use new drug(speed) with different speed params.
why you can't change the speed of a specified character?
because the way to do that is by changing speed of character model itself at SRO_VT_SHARD.._RefObjChar and that would change all ppls speed who are using the same character model.

Just make a new speed scroll just for you, not that hard.
Simply make a new copy with edited params. It'll do the job.
