It might be possible that you have some other tools blocking the requested port(s) or there is a bug in your DB (had such a bug with hamachi).
1st: You will see e.g. gameserver window opening/closing with a blank log. You can try to root it locally 1st and change the IP later.
2nd: If there is a bug in your DB the tool will load and crash at a certain log step. You have to think about your last changes and revert them till you find your error.
