If your true IP (given from the Router/Modem you are using), obtained via CMD-Window -> ipconfig -> Ethernet-Adapter/IPv4-Address, is "192.168.1.102" but the certification fetches a different IP, then it is obviously another adapter (virtually) which has been installed previously. E.g. Router/Modem, VMWare Network Adapter, Hamachi Adapter, etc.
You either have to configure their priority (setting your Router's/Modem's adapter as #1) or disabling any other adapter, even Loop-Back adapters.
Other than that, there is no chance bypassing such things. IPv4 for your server hosting (doesn't matter if local or public) needs to be obtained from your Router, not any other physical/virtual adapter, and it always fetches the #1 at the priority list.
