How to make my server public

i need help making my server accessible to the public w/o using hamachi i have forwarded all ports that are necessary but can still not let people connect they are also forwarded through my firewall, im using my private ip 192.168.0.1 in cert wip/nip and server.cfg where does my public ip come into play do i need to patch my media.pk2 with public ip or client or what im lost guys i have tried everything i need help, thx

lol, i think u actually beleive that is what scares me
its possible to host from your pc but you are absoultly right ofcourse but this is for a small testing group no need for a dedicated server atm

I do it without hamachi.
